Ok, Dean and a few others will chime in saying that it's an easy install but unless you have a bushing press, it's difficult.
I've had no squeaking from them. I haven't replaced my front swaybar bushings but those squeak sometimes when it's wet and cold.
I've done two of the three traction control arm bushings. I haven't done the one that connects the front arm to the subframe yet.
They make a noticable difference.
Why not replace the springs with Eibach while you're doing the shocks? They only lower about 1" and are a nice mix of handling and comfort. You have to pull the other springs out while replacing the shocks anyway. I think these are only $250 for all 4 springs.
