Take a piece of masking tape and tape it over the vertical split on door.
If noise goes away it is the wind that gets in there and maybe creates a miniature whirlwind.
It doesn't cure the problem but helps you narrow it down.
Maybe move the door latch a little bit to either close the door more or less.
The NG900 had many of these wind noises created by the windshield moulding.
It sounded like the noise came from inside the dash board.
