Do not caulk in any fashion that prevents water from draining out.
Vibes can be from a belt wheel. Not that a bent wheel will balance ok spinning in the air, so would a square wheel! Could be a drive shaft problem as well. Rotate tires front to back, one at a time and see if the problem can be associated with one wheel. Viggen wheels are easy to bend. The lower springs reduce already little vertical travel, so the wheels take a beating from road hazards that would not be a problem on other vehicles. Higher tire pressures protect the rims to some extend.
Humming from wheels suggests bearings.
The temp sensor can be removed, cleaned and lubed. That fixes that in most cases.
A Hunter 9700 road force balancing system will detect most wheel damage issues.
