Solids or loose bits of compressor wheel would be ejected from the compressor stage very quickly. Large bits could be captured in the IC as they could not get through its small passages. So remember that the IC is a strainer for partical sizes for anything that might come its way.
The compressor, on the other hand, has flow from the outside of the wheel to the inside. The wheel tends to throw solids back out and they get carried back into the wheel again, over and over again until the bits are digested to small bits that pass thru, or the wheel is destroyed or both. So some of the in-cylinder debries can be expected to have hit the turbine wheel. That might be a good place to check out as the down pipe is not to hard to examine. You can eval how its bearings feel and note axial play as well.
Remove the BPV and look at the fitting in the TB feed pipe as this might show cratering from any solids in that air flow.
Remove the hoses to the IC and feel inside the tank ends for anything loose.
Lean running can destroy spark plugs. And lean CEL adaption code history? Note that at WOT, lean running might not raise such a code as the system is running open loop.
