The pulleys to be replaced are for the serpentine belt - that's the belt driving the accessories, like water pump, A/C, power steering, alternator. The timing belt on the V6 serves the purpose of driving the cams, which drive the valves. Two separate belts, running on separate pulleys.
So, the question is, how old is the serpentine belt? If the serpentine belt is old, then the answer is easy. If the serpentine belt was replaced only 10K miles ago, I would still put a new one on - they're cheap - and drop the slightly used one in your emergency kit. It's not that the belts aren't available, but if you end up losing one in East Mule Antler, you won't be stuck without a belt - you can always get the local grease monkey to replace it.
