Head is weeping oil or coolant? Get some on you finger and see if it rises off with a gentle stream or water or is oily.
A retorque would be your fist course of action because of its relatively low cost. Even if leak is elsewhere, you want to do this and inspect for sludge etc under the valve cover.
You did not report the appearance of the engine oil, check after driving and stirring things up to be sure. If oil contaminated, the HG is typically replaced.
Could be the coolant pump or other causes and might be that there is an issue as well with the HG, as this is so common with the head bolt torque problem. So be open minded about perhaps more than one issue.
