I've had, and have, this problem. It's occasional slipping (a few times per week) usually under gentle acceleration. 2002 9-5 ARC wagon, 30K miles. At 15,000 dealer replaced trans fluid under warranty, and problem went away for 10,000 miles. Now it's back (for some months) and dealer says some occasional slipping is "normal". I'm going for 30K service tomorrow. I plan to have trans fluid changed, even if I have to do it at my own expense. I wonder what the future holds....
