You are well past the infancy failure period for electronic components and possibly lot far enough along to worry about end-of-life failure. I replaced my original DI at 80,000 miles (now carry it as my spare), and have placed 53,000 miles on my "new" DI.
Each of us has our own tolerance for risk so the decision has to be yours. The crank shaft position sensor is relatively cheap, the DI is not.
