It doesn't say Dexcool since Saab and all other car manufacturers have their own secret names on their fluids even though it might very well be a generic one.
Like the new ATF transmission fluid. It says to use Saab 3309 but it is infact a Mobil 3309 fluid.
You can use Dexcool if you want to flush the system.
It is some controversy on the Dexcool and we don't know the whole story about it and if it can affect the cooling systems in Saabs.
GM started to use the fluid in 96 and had problems with it in some car models.
You can Google search for Dexcool problem and read up on the subject.
I would still flush the system every 2 years or 30K miles even though they say that Dexcool is "good for life" (which they have set at 5 years 150K miles).
