The filter cost is about double what you would pay if you bought from a discount parts supplier, but is in-line for non-discounted prices.
The labor cost is appropriate for 15 minutes of Dealer Tech time, and this is about a 15 minute job to replace. Car onto ramps/hoist, remove one bolt holding end of the chin spoiler, remove four screws holding the filter cover, swap out elements, fight with the filter cover to get it realigned (toughest part of job), reinstall four screws, reinstall one bolt, drive off ramps/hoist.
I would say the price your wife paid is fair for service performed, but it can be a D-I-Y repair for under $15.
