Well, I can tell you they do exist out there, because I got one for my 2000 wagon a couple of months ago!

You may have already tried this approach, but I just Googled "used saab parts". Many of the auto salvage sites that came up have a page where you can request a specific part. I emailed 6-8 places; one had a beige cover and another had a grey one. Cost: $100 plus $33 shipping, from Elite Foreign Auto Parts. The sites were not Saab-specific, although I concentrated on places that did mention Saab and other European imports.

If a place says they have one, call and actually speak to someone to confirm it's what you want. A couple places had it confused with the rear parcel shelf from a sedan.
