1995 V6... how did I know that?
Techron Concentrate, add to gas, cleans injectors and combustion chambers. Suggest that you use 3x/year or every 8K.
No point in wondering about the plugs. Pull them and read them. Did you gap them properly? You probably need a #6 heat range. If the plugs are dark, then a highway trip might burn them clean. The carb cleaner in the TB might have caused some plug fouling. A drop of oil at each throttle pivot will counter the degreasing effects of the carb spray. With the V6, plugs are a PITA. You can audit the condition of the plugs from the front bank. When plugs are replaced, is there a possibilty of a vac leak in the manifold. That could upset the AF on some cylinders. Did NGK advisor know that you had the V6 engine?
TB can cause some problems with idle speed control, but not roughness as a rule. The air flow through the TB might be wrong as in too much or too little, but the flow will be smooth and not 'flutterig'.
So read the plugs, check the gap, use Techron... make sure that is says 'Concnetrate'.
