The plugs installed by the dealer at 30K should be the platinum ones.
Your comments about the BCPR plugs are totally bogus. Those are excellent plugs, but do not last a very long time. For high output modified systems, the BCPR7ES11's are the best and the platinums will not work well.
The answer that you seek depends on whether you will be changing plugs yourself.
For that city driving, you should probably stick to the #6 (hotter) heat range so that the plugs burn off clean. But you really need to remove the plugs and read them yourself to know such things.
DIC does not care about the plug heat range, but does care if the plug is carbon fouled.
Cleaning the injectors should also be done routinely. Pour into the tank yourself.
