Had mine done by a reputable shop and found the same problem. I coulda sworn it was coming from the base of the windsheild, but we determined that the seal at the top hadn't quite been made properly (didn't leak tho). They came back out and recaulked it. The tech said he'd spoken to another who'd done Saabs and that this was not unusual, kind of a tricky fit.
Further investigation by moi found that there's a design flaw, IMO, that causes noise whether it's sealed right or not. I found this after I was trying to locate the noise (not easy to do from inside at 50mph). I took a strip of this heavy duty clear tape you can get at Home Despot and went the full length across the top. This made a huge difference. If you look at that seal, you'll see there's a groove in the rubber. I don't know what it does other than cause wind noise. Anyway, even after the tech recaulked it there was still some noise so once the weather warms up, I'll revisit my fix with a thin strip of this tape over that area.
