get either two new ones of the same brand and type,or get a full set of four. All manufacturers strongly recommend using like tires on all four corners. You can probably guesstimate how much longer the Michelins have by measuring the remaining tread and subtracting that( minus the legal minimum 3/32) from the depth when new and dividing by the miles driven. Just seeing the posts that most people put up about tire longevity nowadays, I wuld guess it is not worth trying to run the other two out if you have the option of starting out with four new ones. The one with the nail through the sidewall is finished. The one with the nail in the tread might not really be repairable and only a good tire shop could make that decision. If it is too close to the sidewall, they will not repair it anyway, even if you ask them to. I it wre mine, I'd be on the line with the Tire Rack treating myself to a new set of shoes!
