You set everything up to specs using the other special tools and start the engine without the timing cover on and observe the timing belt tensioner and its marks while engine is running. That gives you a hint of the tension and you might need to loosen or tighten the timing belt tensioner a bit from what you saw.
You might get away with keeping the water pump at 60K but I would for sure change it at 120K together with the coolant thermostat and camshaft/crank shaft seals.
