That engine mount is really in the way. So it has to come off and the engine supported from below.
The routing issue is too simple to need a picture. The belt will go from the upper idler direct to the PS pump, instead of down to the larger idler and back up to the PS pump. That larger pully is really very hard to remove, so just leave it there.
