If you zoom in on the front corner, that's very very clearly the result of the 'smudge' tool...it lacks the JPEG stippling of the rest of the image and the color is not even with the contour of the panel. (Of course, it could be another photo editing package, but this is a copy-paste-massage.)
Even more gross is if you zoom above the license plate, the bumper seam actually disappears, again under a smudged region, and it's crookedly done (the smudge tool is a freehand thing in Photoshop.)
The longer you look at it, the more the light array looks turned about 2 or 3 degrees too for right. That's the hardest part of doing Photoshop badge jobs, finding two images from exactly the same angle.
You can hang the front bumper on anything, here's my 5-minute attempt at the Not Forthcoming Saab 9-0... ;)
