The incentives are all in different pigeon holes but the leases are all the same. I think it's national, except for you goofy balloon note states like Texas and New York.

$219 9-2X Linear
$249 9-3 Linear $27,570 MSRP
$389 9-3 Linear Convertible, $38,345 MSRP including metallic paint I think.
$349 9-5 Arc sedan, $36,970 MSRP includes the automatic
$369 9-5 Arc SportWagon, $37,770 MSRP including the automatic

All 24 months 12,000 miles per year, $2,999 due at signing which includes the first payment, acqusition fee, and the balance to the down payment, but does not include local tax, license and misc fees.

Some notes: With a big drive off like $2,999 24 month terms are cheap and practically non existent rates, if you don't wanna' put that much down, try 36 months, that is the lack of down raises a 24 month payment more than a 36 and the rates are still super low.

The rates, incentives, bonus cash amounts, residuals and all the other terms work if you put less down or pick a more expensive model, you just have to allow for it. The $2,999 due at signing is to make a payment price point, and is actually quite reasonable as far as typical manufactures advertised lease payment go.

It can make sense to lease a Saab for 2 or 3 years even if you know in advance you'll want to buy it at the end of the lease, you'll save a lot in payments. One person I know would have $434 x 60 monthly payments at 5% with her 1999 9-3 for $5,300 in trade or onloy a $260 lease payment for 36 months and a $14,400 buy out, on a $30,620 MSRP Saab 9-3 Linear for example.
