I didn't measure them because they are Zimmerman X-drilled rotors with chamfered holes. Per Zimmerman's info, the rotors are not below minimum thickness until the chamfers disappear on the X-drilled holes. I did note there was no evidence of a lip forming on the edge of the rotor as I had seen on my OEM rotors. The Zimmermans have 55,000 miles on them too.
The box doesn't specify material of the pads, but I believe they are a semi-metallic material. Mine are the "Red Box" model of pads. Mintex makes many racing compounds too but they are much more costly.
The reason for a wide spectrum of pads choices is by design. The new style rear pads are identical to BMW, Opel and probably others. The fronts are the same design Saab has used for quite a while, on many models.
