The answer is a qualified yes! As long as the oil changes have been done every 5,000-7,500 miles you should be OK. Clear records should answer the question. If records are not available, be skeptical.
My 2000 Aero hs 250K miles on it and I expect to add another 100K-250K miles to that. I took off the valve cover at 210K miles and it is as clean as new.
Maintenace required as a result of wear has included the following.
DI cassett - 100K only
Front brakes and rotors - 100K and 200K miles
Rear brakes and rotors - 200K miles
Catalytic converter - 160K miles (bought a 10K used one for $300 versus $1,500 new)
Water pump - 85K
Clutch - NEVER
Transmission - NEVER
Front struts - 80K, 160K, and 240K
Rear shocks - 200K
Front wheel bearings - 100K, 200K
Parking brake cable assembly - 100K
Preventive maintenance - followed schedule recommended by SAAB
