Turn the key to ON, but don't start the car. If you turn the key to ON, but don't start the car, all the dash lights should come on. Since the engine isn't running, you'll have no oil pressure, so you should see the Oil light. If you don't, it could be the sender, the bulb, or the wire just fell off the sender.
