Wayne,
If I'm doing my calculations correctly, your numbers compute out to a path deviation of 0.3 degrees (assuming 14 ft lane width and a travel distance of 1/2 mi.). Most alignment are done to a tolerance of +/- 0.1 deg although I've seen some performance shops advertise 0.03 deg tolerances on toe-in and 0.1 deg for camber. Your alignment can change as well due to asymmetrical loading of passengers and cargo. Factor in crosswinds tire pressure variation and road crowning, and I'd be quite happy to only change one lane after being 'hands off' for ~22sec. Bottom line is that I think your car is fine. Happy motoring!
Regards,
Brian
