You should replace all four PCV hoses and the bushing in valve cover at the same time so that it is over and done with for awhile.
The three hoses you see from the top can be replaced from the top too.
The skinny vacuum hose with the check valve in line is easy and the other two, you just need to follow them down the back of the engine with your hand to see where they end up on the black plastic PCV box.
The fourth and last one needs to be replaced from below and that is a oil drain back hose from PCV box to oil pan.
And if you have trouble finding your way with the two thicker hoses you can see it from below where they are attached to PCV box
