Antenna adapters and installing a Satellite radio

I'm about to order a FM modulated Sirius radio online and need help with the antenna adapter. Unfortunately my 01 SE wagon is not in their computer. From all my research on this site, it looks like I need a Euro OEM male to Motorola female adaptor then another to connect it to a standard male plug?

The 2 above parts don't look like they'd work together, but I can't see both ends. Is this what I need?
or will this one work:

I'd hate to get everything pulled out and find there is a missing part I can't find locally. Additionally, do you need the Walmart DIN removal tool or will a couple heavy gauge wires do the trick? Can I tap into the 12v accessory plug wiring on the lower dash or is should I go to the fuse box? Thanks for all your help thus far.
