No worries. The little amount (if any) of ATF will not harm anything when you fill the engine up with regular oil.
On some car brands that have sticky valve lifters, a quart of ATF in the engine oil and run it warm and then drain it out can actually help free up the lifters.
But you DON'T want to run the engine on pure ATF, that will make it seize. Saw that on an engine that had an oil change done at a quick lube place and the "mechanic" poured the wrong fluid in.
