Just ask your local Saab dealer: the kit is listed in the parts catalog, it's just a matter of selecting the correct version that fits your car (there are 3 or 4 variants if I'm not mistaken). There's also a good chance your dealer won't have it in stock. The demand on these kits is low, so they will have to order it. My friend had to wait a couple of weeks to get the kit, just as it was for me last year.
The anti-roll bars sold by Taliaferro are exactly the same parts that come with the kit: they are the bars from the Aero.
It has been said that the Sport and HD versions of the Bilstein have the same valving, so they have the same feel, just different length. I have the HDs on my 900, and they are definitely stiffer than the Aero dampers. They still shouldn't feel harsh on the 9-5 -- this board has several frequent posters running Bilsteins on the 9-5, and I don't recall any complaints.
