Lots of times a dealer may not accept a very acceptable offer for a demo if it was priced out as a used car. It's kind of a weird area as there has been no legitimate consumer to take the 1st year depreciation hit, the dealer owns it as if it were new. Dunno' where you're gonna' find one, but a genuine used one might be a better value. Consider a 2002 or 2003 CPO. That's another quirk, a demo is technically still a new car and can't be CPO'd.
Don't forget to ask how much a new one is at GMS pricing for everyone PLUS/LESS incentives.
