Fuzion tires and vibration

Hi,
I have a 2001 9-5 with 70k miles. Needed to have my Nokian witer tires removed and needed new summer tires. I sent my daughter (its actually her car) to the dealer I bought the Nokians from and he mounted a set of Fuzions. She complained of a vibration. I drove the car and sure enough at between 65-75+ there is a definate vibration. Took the car in today and they rebalanced the tires. They said one of the rims was out of round a bit. Tried the tires again and they still shake. The problem is that the car drove smooth with the Nokians but now they can't seem to balance this set of Fuzions. I do have an extra set of Saab rims that I am going to have them use to mount the Fuzions on. Has anyony had any experience with these tires? I have always had Michelins and been pleased. I am of a feeling that the new rims will not cure the problem. It may be the rims but the fact they ran fine on the Nokians leads me to believe its the tires. Any thoughts will will be very helpfull.
Thanks
Tom
