Hi,

My sister likes my '00 Aero so much, she's thinking of getting a 9-5 herself. She's found a '02 Linear with only 15k miles at a local dealer. I was suspicious of the low mileage so we ran a carfax report on the vehicle:

The vehicle was owned and driven in NY city, which explains the low mileage. Unfortunately, from the carfax report it appears the vehicle was 'serviced' only once a year. Tomorrow she's going to request the official SAAB maintenance logs from the computer, but I expect it will just confirm what we already know.

1) Is the one year between oil changes something to be concerned about, even though it was still just 5k miles?

2) what do people estimate the price for this vehicle? Again, it's a base '02 9-5 (no ventilated or xenons).

3) The dealership is giving her the option of adding the CPO? How much does this cost the dealer? How much extra should we expect to pay on top of the quoted price?
