1-i painted the bumpers only. the hood, doors and quarter panels are all the same on 2000's and 2005's.

2-the finish is very good, not quite OE, but significantly better than the original black bumper after 45 thousand miles. no chips, dings or scratches.

3-as you noticed, no headlamp washers. the bumper cover comes two ways, with or without headlamp washers. i chose to go without as it was fairly expensive for the additional washer parts and, to me, not worth it. the headlights and foglamps have to have new connectors attached as the new lights differ a bit from the old ones, nothing too difficult though.
