Yeah that is a little bit broad term and I don't know exactly how to describe that hissing noise that usually happened together with the second to last PCV fix.
It was some kind of venturi effect noise created in the oil filler pipe from the PCV vacuum hose being attached to the filler pipe instead of to the nipple at valve cover.
If you don't have that fix done to your car where the vacuum hose with white check valve is attached to oil filler pipe you also don't have the hissing noise.
If you pull the oil dip stick out and look down into the filler pipe. If you see a little brake bleeder steel nipple protruding out into the filler pipe and a hose attached on the outside, it has the second to last PCV fix.
