In fact all pulleys look dry and dusty. The pictues show after I clean the dusty and spray some WD40 to them. I will upload a picture show the orignal. Looks it is the time to replace the timing belt and pulleys. With the special tools I think I can DIY replace timing belt and pulleys but I am not sure to set right belt tension(very importent I think).
