slightly different procedures. Since you are removing and replacing the head-bolts, the official Saab Service Bulletin for this says to use the three step process.
a) one bolt at a time: remove, replace, and tighten to 30 ft-lbs
b) one bolt at a time: tighten to 44 ft-lbs
c) one bolt at a time: tighten an additional 90 degrees
Start at the rear bolt between cylinders #2 & #3, then move to the front bolt, then continue in a clockwise spiral until all 10 bolts are replaced/tightened.
Genuinesaab's instructions are intended for re-torqueing without replacing the bolts.
FWIW - there is a sequence diagram for proper torqueing of the valve cover bolts too.
