Hi, It depends on the model. If you have an AERO then you will instal 5392485 otherwise 5055371. One is for 16" wheel rotors and the other for 15". No need to change anything if you change types of brake pads if the fitting is the same. No need for anti squeal either but some lubrication is needed.Putting back the wheels do not over tighten. tightening torques to be approx 80 lb/ft.
