Sorry to hear. It's quite amazing that the dealers dare to keep mechanics like that.
It is suppose to be a stay under the turbo to engine block, P/N 9179342.
As for the crank bolt. I'm more concerned with if it has made a number of the key holding pulley and timing belt sprocket in time.
The neck of the crank pulley might even be cracked from slapping back and forth against that key.
I would remove the crank pulley and study the key in crank shaft and also the key groove in crank pulley.
The torque is 175Nm (130 lbf-ft).
After such a list of oops I can't even suggest what to check next.
