I can't help you with the codes but... I had the same thing (check engine light going on anf off) on my 2001 95 SE 2.0 turbo (150 BHP). In a local dealer they told me that it is a common thing on 95 and that they sent a inquiry to Sweden about this problem - they told me that they will have the answer at the beginning of the next week, so then I can tell you what they will tell me.
The second thing is that today I posted the same question as you - (check engine light on and off and the same errors) and one of the internauts told me that he had the same problems and at local dealer they told him that these are first symptoms of failing DI cassette (which is also a common problem for 95). A few hours later after I posted that message (today), my car died when after a short trip I got back home and I wanted it to run on neutral gear for a minute to cool down a turbo. The engine died without touching the key... Tomorrow I will take the car to the dealer - we will see what they will tell me. I bet that this is the cassette.
My advice is that you suggest the dealer to try to run the car with another DI cassette - maybe this is the solution for the engine light.
