I have found a clean used 04 ARC wagon for sale from a private party. It is a local car with 9500 miles. The owner changed the oil once at 5000 miles with M1 0w-30 and recently done the 10k service. It has an AT but no other options. There are three years left on the warranty.

The only wear is a little stretching on the driver's seat. Is this fixable under warranty?

The owner is asking $24,500 which seems high. What would be a fair price to pay? I know that I can buy a new one now for about 30k.
