car stalled on a ramp

hi,
Had a fright last Saturday night when the engine died suddenly while going up a ramp inside a multi-storey carpark. Most of the warning lights were on and upon restarting (after a few tries), the CEL and the Auto Tranmission amber lights were on. I was feeling too stressed and decided to park the car and went for a jog first (always has a pair of running shoes in the car). The car managed to start at first try when I returned but the 2 warning lights were still on.
I brought the car to the dealer the next morning and they claimed that they had deciphered the code but could not replicate the problem. Was informed that I need to monitor if the same problem arise again in the future. Does this means that the folks are not certain of the exact problem?
I had not encountered this problem either in this present 95 (2001; auto) or the older 900 before. Had read that amber warning lights are not "dead serious" problems but am very worried that this will this will morph into something unmanageable? BTW, just changed my DIC and fuel pump not more than 1 month ago. Any suggestion and reassurance is very appreciated.
Thanks!
