My wife just had the same problem with our 2000 9 5 Wagon. She was able to drive it to our indy and the throttle body had to be replaced. She only had to go about five miles. We have towing coverage with our insurance, so if it had been further, I probably would have had it towed. I wish I could offer more solid advice, but I think you are basically flipping a coin. Good luck.
