Sorry, didn't mean to come out too harsh but I have had several customers coming in from local dealers after the dealer had replaced wheel bearings, control arms, motor mounts, bushings and a slew of other things without fixing that click.
Heck, I didn't know about the problem and fix until a year ago when the first customer brought a car in and I found the fix here on Saabnet.
I would think though that the dealers are way ahead in finding and solving the problems since they have all the facts and complaints firsthand.
What puzzles me is that all cars are plenty lubricated with some kind of grease but it seems like that the transparent grease in there is creating the binding/clicking in itself.
I'm also surprised the GM hasn't passed along the TSB they have out for some GM cars with the same problem. I found that TSB in one of the motor magazines and it pretty much outlined the exact same problems and cure as for what the Saabs encounter.
