First. You can't install the belt backwards. The white stripes won't lines up properly with the timing marks on sprockets.

As far as proper tension set. It is impossible to say for someone else without actually looking at the tensioner while engine is running.

Also it is impossible to say for sure if the two idler pulleys got situated in the proper direction without looking at them but if you had all the marks lined up when done, I would think that the idler pulleys are correct.

I had one V6 that made quite a bit of noise when cold after I had replaced all pulleys and belt. It was bad enough so that I had to remove the cover again about a month later to inspect that nothing bad was going on.

It turned out to be the inside edge of the belt rubbing against the sidewall of the middle idler pulley. Just a tiny drop of lubricant made it quite instantly and I could tell the customer that it would go away after the belt had worn off the rough edges.

The belt is always wandering a little bit back and forth over the pulleys and it is a slight chance that the belt hits the sidewalls creating some noises.
But you have to be sure that you did the job to perfection before discarding a noise as something trivial. The cost of mistakes are too high.
