You should at a minimum replace with tires of equal rating and load limits. I would look to upgrade to a higher performance tire, even if you don't drive aggressively. The car relies on good tires to handle the power from the engine, stop when the brakes applied, and handle the cornering forces when turning.
you should not place a tire on this car that cannot handle it's capabilities. That's asking for trouble.
Tirerack is an excellent resource for information regarding tire performance, and pricing. they are also very reputable retailers - but if you feel uncomfortable doing business over the net, at least the info is good. You can search by your exact model car, or by tire size. be sure to check out the reviews. Should give you some good info.
