I explained that I was having stalling trouble at startup, and he told me to use "regular" gas instead of "premium". So since filling with regular, the car hasn't stalled on startup, but has less power. Going up a certain hillly road with speed bumps, I used to pull away from the speed bumps in second gear. But with the regular gas, I can almost hear the car knocking when I attempt the same road at the same speed in second gear, I have to shift down to first gear because the regular gas doesn't seem to burn as powerfully in the engine.
Tomorrow is my service appointment, and my last service in warranty for the vehicle which has 48,000 miles on it and 25 days left in warranty. I'd love to get this problem sorted out, but I'm not sure it will happen
