I went off road in the rain the car was up to run temp when i hit the water , I got a lot of water in the motor all the way to the t-body the car would not run I had it brought to my house .I replaced the oil and filter the oil was milk white and it had 9 qts oil/ water in it . I got the car running took of the valve cover off cleaned out all the oil /milk put it back and took the car for a ride 20 miles.I then changed the oil one more time the oil looked good .this is a 1999 saab 9-9 2.3L 4 with 44,000.miles the car runs very strong but it has a lot of white / blue smoke at start up and something that sound like a Barings sound.any help ? thank you for your time

p.s. if you think it need a turbo can tou tell me how hard this is and if any person can tell me how to find the info on the changesa well as price . to me the baring sounds like the alt but it was ok befor the water could this be ?thank you all me and my saab are saabing ;(
