you have a few options
1) you can either pick up a self-powered sub unit w/amp like the basslink (or bazooka make a bass tube) mentioned previously.
2) you can also go with a separate power amp having high level inputs as well .. and install a separate box/sub enclosure...
In both cases the high level inputs can be fed via the rear deck speaker leads...and you would need to run a power lead from the battery
Other options exist as well.. such as tapping into the outputs from the power amp using a line out converter .. and then those feed into the low level inputs (via RCA jacks) of the amp or self powered sub...
If you really want a lot more bass. .then the bass link may not fit your needs. Talk to a few installers to get their opinions as well....
