I'll second it, that Mike's right.

I've got an 01 9-5 SE. I grumble on this site sometimes about petty stuff, but I luv the car.

Plus, it looks like you might be due a new DIC in March 06 complements of Saab due to the recall. The DIC is the piece that people worry about the most.

Make sure you test drive the car from an absolutely cold start. Hesitation on starts has been a problem for some people lately, myself included. I think I've got the problem solved on mine. See past posts for more info, but I'm told this is usually a 4 cyl problem and not seen as often on the V6.

Make sure before you buy this car that you can look yourself in the mirror and know that you will be able to afford the maintenance should something happen. Maintenance on any Euro car can really choke your wallet if you haven't got good cash flow.
