Oil flushes are good for all engines that doesn't have a sludge problem but bad for your wallet since you spend money on something not needed.
It is not really a flush machine out there that can go in and find all the goo hiding everywhere and if the engine is sludged up it might stir things loose that should have been left alone.
If it only partially clean out the dirt and loosen up some extra, that dirt left in there can find its way down to the oil screen and plug it up while you are driving.
I think it is much safer to drive the car until really hot and drain the oil right away and let whatever that may come out, rush out with the oil and then fill it with synthetic.
Or, if you know the engine is sludged up, remove the valve cover, oil pan and use brushes and carb cleaner to scrub the inside of engine and also open up the mesh in oil pick up tube to allow residual dirt to pass through and get trapped in the oil filter instead.
