Re: Multiple light failures`99 9-5 Wagon Posted by CrNiFe [Email] ![]() ![]() ![]() In Reply to: Re: MULTIPLE LIGHT FAILURES '99 9-5 WAGON, Dan ![]() |
Just wanted to let you know that I am another Dan with a MY99 9-5 Wagon.
But it would be really spooky if yours was black on beige, and you had fraternal twins sons!
I will keep an eye out for your posts, in case we have something weird in common. Keep checking the inboard sides of your rear tires for the cupping phenomenon written about so eloquently by Steve.
The blower motor stopped working last year after a really bad snowstorm (wet connections perhaps?), and the wiper intermittent function and park also acted up, but then the problem went away. It may be contacts, but crossed-fingers, it hasn`t happened again.
Other than that, I am quite satisfied with the ride, the fuel consumption and the overall performance. I bought mine used too, and new I would need to keep at it to bring it up to good running condition, even with a GM warranty. The pull-out load floor option is great, and I also have the roll-up cargo net that mounts on the rear of the back seats. Very handy to keep stuff on the shelf from flying forward.
Cheers,
CrNiFe #408
