I just took a digital picture of it. However, I can't figure out how to post the picture here. A verbal description follows.

Open the hood. Open the fuse box located just behind the battery.
The orange relay (in my case) is listed as Relay # 13. It should be the relay in the lower left corner as you view the fuse box from the front of the car. It is the only orange relay; all others are grey.

I reseated the relay and tapped on it. That action correct all my light problems front and rear. Although the relay's function is listed as "Autochecking of headlights" it seems that this relay has something to do with more than just headlights.

I did notice that several of the relays were rather loose fitting so I reseated all the relays.

For now the problem is fixed.
